Noble Green Energy’s new team members bring a wealth of operational and technical experience in Solar PV
Noble Green Energy has been delivering Solar PV Solutions for over a decade, with nationwide projects across a variety of sectors including; Food & Drink, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Logistics, Plastics and Printing.
Noble Green Energy is excited to welcome three new team members to our growing team. With their expertise and technical knowledge we’re well-equipped to continue delivering high-quality solar PV solutions to clients across the UK.
Emma Homer – Operations Administrator
Emma Homer joins Noble Green Energy as Operations Administrator.
Having been in a variety of roles, Emma brings almost 10 years of diverse experience across multiple industries. As Operations Administrator Emma will apply her skills in operational efficiency and logistics to support sustainable energy initiatives.
Emma says, “My background in quality control and supply chain management has equipped me with a well-rounded approach to problem-solving and process optimisation. On a daily basis I create project proposals for new clients, converse with suppliers and sub contractors and manage the O&M works”.
Nikunj Lotlikar – Solar PV Field Engineer
Welcome to Nikunj Lotlikar, who is currently operating as an O&M electrician for Noble Green Energy.
Nikunj began his career at the tender age of 15, working on site as an HVAC apprentice. He was always interested in the electrical side, so pursued a career as an electrician.
Nikunj says, “To date I have operated on small domestic to heavy commercial/industrial installations. My largest installation as lead electrician was a 220kW SolarEdge system. I love what I do and aim to be least 1% better than yesterday!”.
James Foggo – Solar PV Sales Manager
James Foggo joins Noble Green Energy as an experienced technical sales professional with over 12 years of expertise in the design and implementation of commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
James has a proven track record in driving sales growth, delivering customer-focused renewable energy solutions, and managing end-to-end project design for large-scale solar installations.
James is passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and leveraging the latest technology to assist businesses in reducing carbon emissions and lowering energy costs.
