Meet key members of the Noble Green Energy team

James Pullin – General Manager
James has over 25 years’ experience in the energy space, with the last 12 years spent as Sales Director/Energy Services Director at some of the UK’s most respected Energy Consultancies.
James will accurately assess the optimum size array for you and take a holistic view of this as part of your overall energy management strategy, including advising on import and export energy contracting. From initial contact through to project implementation and beyond, James maintains oversight of all aspects of the project.

James Foggo – Solar PV Sales Manager
James Foggo joins Noble Green Energy as an experienced technical sales professional with over 12 years of expertise in the design and implementation of commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
James has a proven track record in driving sales growth, delivering customer-focused renewable energy solutions, and managing end-to-end project design for large-scale solar installations.
James is passionate about sustainability, energy efficiency, and leveraging the latest technology to assist businesses in reducing carbon emissions and lowering energy costs.

Amy Reet – Operations Manager
Amy’s organisational and communication skills are exemplary and she holds a key position within NGE, ensuring smooth communications both internally and externally.
Amy will play an integral role in the successful delivery of your project.

Simon Cutter – Technical Manager
With 20+ years Electrical Engineering experience in the Utility sector, Simon has worked exclusively in Solar since 2015 as a Technical Director and Manager who was instrumental in delivering the first HV SolarEdge Solar PV System in the UK.
Simon provides invaluable support in correctly configuring the Site electrical infrastructure necessary for the optimal operation of Solar Systems along with liaising with the DNO to ensure compliance with all of their requirements. Simon is also on call for any high-level technical expertise required during the installation.

Mark Bourne – Project Delivery Manager
Mark holds over 20 years’ relevant experience both in project management and electrical engineering along with previously acting as a lecturer and NVQ assessor in electrical installation, renewable energy system installation and associated technical disciplines.
Mark oversees projects on a day-to-day basis including oversight of all health and safety, sub-contractor performance and keeps our clients updated on project progress.

Emma Homer – Operations Administrator
Emma Homer joins Noble Green Energy as Operations Administrator.
Having been in a variety of roles, Emma brings almost 10 years of diverse experience across multiple industries. As Operations Administrator Emma will apply her skills in operational efficiency and logistics to support sustainable energy initiatives.
Emma says, “My background in quality control and supply chain management has equipped me with a well-rounded approach to problem-solving and process optimisation. On a daily basis I create project proposals for new clients, converse with suppliers and sub contractors and manage the O&M works”.

Nikunj Lotlikar – Solar PV Field Engineer
Welcome to Nikunj Lotlikar, who is currently operating as an O&M electrician for Noble Green Energy.
Nikunj began his career at the tender age of 15, working on site as an HVAC apprentice. He was always interested in the electrical side, so pursued a career as an electrician.
Nikunj says, “To date I have operated on small domestic to heavy commercial/industrial installations. My largest installation as lead electrician was a 220kW SolarEdge system. I love what I do and aim to be least 1% better than yesterday!”.
