A trusted partner to leading vehicle manufacturers including Ford, Isuzu and Toyota, Strongs supplies innovative solutions for utility companies, emergency services and specialist fleets across the UK and beyond.
With the objective of future-proofing the business and strengthening its sustainability credentials, Strongs made a significant investment in rooftop solar PV across its two manufacturing sites in Tamworth.
Working Within a Tight Timeframe
Noble Green Energy designed and delivered a combined 208.85 kWp solar PV installation across both sites, with each system fitted with a SolarEdge SE66.6K inverter.
Both installations were completed and commissioned within a tight timeframe to meet a grant funding deadline, with the investment now projected to achieve payback in less than two years.
